I have been asked to mention this request from the Stroke Association.

Have you got a couple of hours to spare each week? Then why not consider volunteering for The Stroke Association. We are looking for people to help out at our Stroke Support Group in Amersham and also for people to provide friendship and support to stroke survivors.
