Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Pilates 1 meets weekly under the guidance of an experienced Tutor.
At present the size of the group is limited to 20 and we run a waiting list. Our Pilates groups are very popular and most have a waiting list. To help us manage this please only apply to join one group.
Loose comfortable clothing and a floor mat are recommended.
