Our Aim
Our aim is to bring
the enjoyment of live theatre to all Chiltern U3A members, offering
opportunities to discover new shows, enjoy familiar favourites and share
memorable experiences in friendly company.
We aim to explore as
wide a range of theatrical genres as possible, from drama and comedy to
musicals and much more. Whether you are a regular theatre-goer or simply
curious to try something new, you will be very welcome.
What we Do
We organise theatre
visits and outings, making the most of special offers and discounts wherever
possible.
Tickets can be
limited and popular performances sell out quickly, so an early response to
invitations is recommended to avoid disappointment. Details of forthcoming
plays and events will be shared with all CU3A members through the newsletter,
e-bulletin and email.

Team Work
Theatre Goers is
about more than attending performances — it is about sharing ideas, working
together and making our outings enjoyable for everyone.
If you would like to
contribute to the planning and organisation, we would love to hear from you. No
contribution is too small, and you do not need to take on a major role. Our
planning meetings are relaxed and sociable, with refreshments (and cake!) provided.
Your ideas,
enthusiasm and involvement can help shape the future of Theatre Goers.
Booking Information
and Conditions
Who can attend?
Theatre Goers events are open to all CU3A members. Where vacancies permit,
members may be able to invite a guest, provided that the guest belongs to
another u3a. Please check availability with the organiser before inviting
anyone.
Cancellations and
refunds: If you cancel your booking, a refund cannot be guaranteed. A refund
will not be possible if your ticket cannot be resold.
Insurance: Only u3a
members are covered by u3a insurance when participating in outings undertaken
in the name of CU3A.
All excursions
organised in the name of CU3A must comply with its Terms and Conditions. Please
