Yoga 2 meets every Tuesday at 12.45 for one hour in the Large Barn Hall at Amersham Community Centre. For our safety the group is supervised by an experienced practitioner and there is a charge of £5 per session. All abilities are welcome and our practitioner offers a variety of routines to suit all. No special equipment is needed apart from a yoga mat and comfortable clothing.
